Jan 3, 6-9pm: The first First Friday of 2014 features three solo exhibitions:
Heather Deyling, an artist from Savannah, with “CREEPER“, an eye-popping, large-scale, site-specific installation;
Vermont-based artist Cayla Skillin-Brauchle, with “India Pattern Archive“, a multi-media project developed during her 2012-13 Fulbright-Nehru Fellowship in Mumbai, India, that includes wall painting, live performance, drawings and video.
In the Nan Boynton Gallery is the very talented Marnie Bettridge’s “Resident Artist” exhibition with fantastic multimedia and performance work.
